So we’re excited to meet you, tell me a little bit about yourself and how you got into porn?
My name is Raven Alexis first of all, and I’m one of the newest Digital Playground contract stars. I’ve been in the business for about 3 and 1/2 years. I built my solo website first then I built a triple X website, Ravensplayhouse.com and ravenalexis.com. And at that point I was like, from the beginning I really want to take my plan to a really big level and to become a big star and from the very first Digital Playground porn I saw way back in college with Jesse Jane in it, you know I had a huge crush on her and I love the company. and they have a great reputation. And you know, the more I got involved in the industry, the more I thought “I’d really like to sign with them” so I contacted Digital in the summer of 2009 and fortunately our goals and our plans of what we wanted really matched up and here I am, I signed and it’s great.

So I know you run your own website, what do you like most about being your own boss?
I still do run both my website and my production company. I like being my own boss because it allows me to be at home a lot, it allows me to make content that I think is sexy and sexual and erotic. You know, I love to do reality stuff, I call it reality porn, you know, giving the fans a really intimate look. Digital Playground porns are great because they give fans a feature film quality movie with beautiful landscapes and tropical locations. But its great to actually let [fans] see my house, you know, me taking a shower, me taking my dogs to the park and the stuff that I’m really trying to give people is a clear view of the life of a porn star  – you know, we’re not really the people you see on the screen: we’re normal people with normal lives

And you’ve gotten really positive feedback from “reality porn”?
I have! People love it. I think that people in this day and age with things like Twitter and all the social media outlets, people really want to get to know the person that they idolize or love, and that’s just one more way of giving them a really inside look of my life.

I heard you’re a self professed geek, what makes you a geek and what makes geeks sexy?
I am a geek because I do all my own computer stuff: I build my own computers, I edit my own content I know how to build my website. I have a webmaster at this point because of my traveling and my schedule but I know how to do everything myself. I started when I went to college going to LAN tournaments and doing coding and learning all that. I play WOW (World of Warcraft) and I’ve played that for about six years now, its more of an addiction than anything. I’m a geek! And I’m also an addict. If they have anything geeky, if they had Geeks Anonymous I’d be in that. I also love Star Trek – I’m a huge Star Trek nerd.

What about Battlestar Gallactica?
I like it, it involves outer space so of course I like it. But it doesn’t hold that threshold of LOVE and adoration like Star Trek does.

So who do you think has better sex: humans or Clingons?
Well clingons are really angry. So, I’m not sure that they would have very good sex, I mean they’d have really rough sex…I think probably, I dunno, I think Captain Picard would be pretty hot in bed.

What’s your favorite video game?
As far as on Xbox it would have to be Call of Duty, but it was really short – I played through it really fast. So I would I have to say Need for Speed Shift, because I like continuing games that I can keep going and going and going.

What kind of cell phone do you have and do you send nudie pics?
iPhone. Yes, I send nudie pics and yes I sent dirty texts.

What’s your favorite piece of intimate technology and why?
