PETA, the well-known animal rights activists are getting in on the battle over the newly up for sale sex.com. Asking theĀ URL owners to donate it to the organization, PETA hopes to use the URL to profile sexy vegetarians and risque ads that may be too hot TV all in the name of animal rights. Known for their saucy ad campaigns, the site would be a hub for fans where they could vote on the best ads. The ads feature such foxy ladies as Alicia Silverstone, Pamela Anderson, and some pretty fresh produce.
Sex.com has a current estimated worth of $18 million, therefore it’s highly doubtful that its owners will be donating to the PETA folks. But in the meantime, check out Peta’s banned Sexy Vegetarian commercial.
