If you’re planning a little bedroom Olympics of your own this year during the Vancouver games, the group SafeGames 2010 thinks you should be safe about it. DUH! The group is gathering over 200 volunteers
to hand out 250,000 packets containing condoms, lube, glow sticks, hand warmers, and safe-sex education pamphlets. Glow sticks and hand warmers??!! Sounds kinky. Speaking of kinky, the volunteers handing out these safe sex packages will be dressed as Capt. Condom, Methadone man and Bi-Curious Man, for example.

“There’s really no limit, and you can expect to see lots of different characters,” SafeGames 2010 spokesman Lucianno Colonna told Canwest News Service. “We’re encouraging the volunteers to be creative.”

The program cost around $100,000 plus donations and was thought up during the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic games.
